My own “north star” guides me toward doing work in talent acquisition. It's why I launched TalentSum (talentsum.com). By combining three issues - becoming a healthy and more attractive place to work, getting and keeping all the right people on board, and helping candidates and employees find and stay connected to the best work for them - companies are, almost without exception, able to develop a real competitive advantage. Plus, getting the right people, talents, and skills into your business tends to indirectly solve many of the other problems you face.

As Interim or Fractional Executive

A typical interim assignment lasts 3-9 months and fractional support can be as short or as long as necessary. Fractional can be as little as a few hours per month.
