Hello. Here's my preferred approach to working with new people.

Conversation (free)

We'll talk or meet to discuss your strategy and goals. Within 1-3 days, I'll share with you a few actionable insights you can use even if we decide not to work together. Isn't free wonderful?

Proposal (free)

If we choose to engage, I'll submit a short proposal. But if what you have is still in ideation form, or includes many unknowns, l'll probably want to do more discovery - or possibly start with a brief assessment.


If we decide to do an assessment, often I will include a brief Statement of Work (SOW). And at your request, and assuming I have enough information, I can develop a full strategy and provide you with a roadmap to follow. You'll be ready to act.

How others engage me

There are three ways we can work together on ideas, businesses, or projects.

As Interim or Fractional Executive

A typical interim assignment lasts 3-9 months and fractional support can be as short or as long as necessary. Fractional can be as little as a few hours per month.

Occasionally, I invest in ideas and businesses that align with my interests and areas of expertise.

I'll only invest in the bootstrapping or pre-seed funding stage with founders that have concentrated ownership and are generating less than $500,000 in revenues per year.
